Step 1: Place Your Order
Orders can be placed anytime, day or night.
Step 2: Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours.
- Standard orders are processed in the order they’re received.
- Rush My Order prioritises your order within our processing queue.
- Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
What “Rush My Order” Means
Rush My Order moves your order to the front of our packing queue.
It does not change courier delivery times or transit speeds.
Think of it as priority processing, not express delivery.
Step 3: Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location:
- Main centres: 1–2 working days
- Regional areas: 2–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier volumes or location.
Important to Know
- Couriers operate on working days only
- No deliveries occur on weekends or public holidays
- Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched
