Mechanical Watch Policy

Our watches use automatic mechanical movements, powered by the motion of your wrist rather than a battery.

Each watch is tested and confirmed running correctly before dispatch.

Mechanical watches are traditional gear-driven timepieces. Their performance can be affected by factors such as impact, moisture, magnetism, or incorrect setting, which fall outside manufacturing faults.

For this reason we do not offer a standard warranty on mechanical watches.

If a watch shows a clear manufacturing fault within 7 days of purchase, we will happily exchange it.

With normal use and reasonable care, a mechanical watch can run reliably for many years.
