RETURNS & EXCHANGES
#BAMBOO offers a 7 day return/exchange policy from date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items.
Engraved Watches, Sunglasses, Rings and Jewellery cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and must include the packing slip.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying your own courier costs for returning the item to us.
All our products are tested before dispatch and are certified free of defects. This includes:
- battery test (watches).
- mechanism, winder, strap and case test (watches).
- free of scratches/defects (sunglasses).
- all screws are tight.
WATCH STRAP ADJUSTMENT POLICY (SOLID WOOD/WOOD & METAL STRAPS):
Please note that we do not return or exchange any solid wood/wood & metal strap watches if these watches have been adjusted for size by a third party.
These watches are no longer eligible for return/exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will gladly refund you the price of the item/s less the shipping fee.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will exchange any item as long as it's in the original condition.
Should we do an exchange then the courier cost for the exchanged item is for your own account/own courier services. Standard exchange courier cost is R85.
Our standard flat rate shipping charge of R59 on your first order is a subsidized rate.
