RETURNS & EXCHANGES
#BAMBOO offers a 10 day return/exchange policy from date of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unless it has been arranged with a member of our sales team.
We may accept returns or exchanges on SALE items at our discretion.
Engraved Watches, Sunglasses, Rings and Jewellery cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and must include the packing slip. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged.
You will need to return your order back to us using a courier of your choice, the cost of which will be for your account, to the following address:

All our products are tested before dispatch and are certified free of defects. This includes:
- battery test (watches).
- mechanism, winder, strap and case test (watches).
- free of scratches/defects (sunglasses).
- all screws are tight.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will gladly refund you the price of the item/s less the subsidised shipping fee (if standard shipping was selected at checkout*).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but we may accept exchanges.
We will exchange any item as long as it's in the original condition.
Please note that the return courier cost for the exchanged item is for your own account/own courier services. Once we have processed your exchange, we will invoice you R100 to courier the new items back to you.
*Our standard flat rate shipping charge of R69 on your first order is a subsidized rate.
